“Humans are so weird! All their life they run and sacrifice their health for money, and when they get the money and lose their health, they’d give all the money in the world to regain their health.”
Hence, Wellness should not be only about how to get rid of wrinkles, weight, etc, but about how to get the wrinkles as late as possible; about never gaining weight; about how to find yourself and be happy – not about how to become happy after you’ve killed your heart.
Take care, respect yourself since and while you’re physically young. After the damage is done, not very much is left to do about it.
